Gramm's Visit

We had to take Gramm's back to the airport this morning...we tried to hold her hostage, but she has a job she has to go back to. Although there was contemplation of her just staying and getting a job at Babies R Us here until J gets home!! LOL!! But we had a wonderful time and can not thank her enough for ALL she did for us....most especially all the vomit she had to clean up most of the week ( I know J surely appreciates that - he does not handle the vomitting too well.) :) Kerrick and I will miss her a lot but will hopefully see her again really soon! Happy Easter!

Well this comes a day late....but here are a few pictures from this weekend. My mom came in on Saturday and will be here for 1 week - WOOHOO!! We went to church Saturday evening, then got up and headed to Jason's parents for lunch and then to Brad and Kelly's house for dinner and an Easter egg hunt. We had a great time, despite Kerrick feeling poorly. We took him to the doctor today but is hopefully on the upside of it all now after a rough weekend and a really rough morning today. And we also found out he has Athlete's foot - thanks to Daddy!! LOL!! Too funny, but Jason diagnosed it before he left and I asked about it today while we were at the doctor.

6 Month Vacation

Well, we can hope this deployment feels like that for Jason and is not too bad of one....so far is sounds like a "sweet gig!" He did make it to his final destination this morning. Here is a few things he had to say about his arrival.....
"The accommodations here are unreal. I picked up my cell phone earlier and checked into my room...I mean apartment. It's a two bedroom two bath room with two 42" screen TV's, granite floors and a kitchen. I think tomorrow we are going to get my car (yes I get my own car, too) silly. I have to go to the store to get minutes for my phone, as they don't provide any. "
Please continue to keep him in your prayers and pray that God may use him in whatever way that may be. I will send out his mailing address once he gets settle in and gets that info to me!

J took off early this morning and has made it to Norfolk. Now he is waiting for the next flight out which will hopefully be late tonight? I did take a picture, but unfortunately I am not sure how to hook up the camera to our new computer. Once I hear from J and get direction, I will post it up here. Sorry not much else to report, but that is about it for today!

Lil Munchkin #2

Today I had my first appointment at the OB doctor. I thought I was going for a consultation only, so Jason did not go as he had a dental appointment. Once I get into the appointment I soon realize it is the consultation and initial exam. So needless to say I was bummed, J was not there to see our first glimpse at munchkin #2. Thankfully the provider was nice and printed out extra pictures as I told her I was not expecting an ultrasound today. So here is the first pictures of the lil one!

SeaWorld

We took Kerrick to SeaWorld this past Saturday along with our good friends, Mike, Jamilia, and Caden. The weather was overcast for the first half of the day, which made it nice. AND the best part is that it was not too crowded! We had a great time and I think the boys had fun!! Here are a few pictures from yesterday and you can click HERE to see some more!
