Kerrick First T-Ball Practice

Kerrick had his first T-ball practice!!!  He was so excited and did really well.  It was nothing really organized, as it was a bunch of 4-5 year olds, but he was really excited.  It was an hour long practice.  So a lot of the parents were on the field the first part as they were just throwing the balls to their parents.  And then they got to hit off the tee.  Kerrick has never hit off the tee, he has just hit it with us throwing it to him.  And of course he did pretty good! Here are a few pictures from his practice and more to come after his first game this weekend!!

Caelum 1 year Urology Follow Up

Caelum had his 1 year follow up appointment with his Urologist this morning.  We set out early and did the Ultrasound first thing this morning...which he was not too thrilled about but thankfully calmed down after a few minutes.  Then we headed over to the doctor for his results.  I left a bit bummed as we were hoping to get a final release and be done with it all.  Unfortunately, the Doctor wants us to follow up in a year again.  Nothing has changed, his left kidney has not gotten worst but has not gotten better.  Our Doctor seemed a little surprised by that?!!?  He said it is no longer obstructed but still slow to drain.  And his right kidney is clear of reflux now, so no worries on that side. We have been blessed in that Caelum has not had any symptoms like vomiting, fevers, or UTI's.

Moving on Up!!!

We finally moved our little dude Caelum up to a Big Boy carseat.....he is so little still, but still decided to move him on up!!  Here are some pictures of Kerrick and Caelum trying out his new seat!!  He was too excited....we ordered it online and it took about 5 days to get here.  Those were the longest 5 days for him....he cried many of tears every morning because he wanted his new seat, but the look of excitement on his face the first time he saw the box with it in it, was priceless!!!

Newest T-Ball Player

We signed Kerrick up for T-Ball....so here he is in his new T-Ball pants with glove and ball (we will post more when he gets his hat and shirt at his first practice!).  He is so excited.  His first game is not until the end of this month, so more to come on that!!  Sorry....horrible phone pictures!!!

Caelum was a bit upset we did not get him pants, so he kept asking to put on Kerrick's...so here he is showing off too!!

Rainy Day in Texas

Here are a few pictures from last....as you know, it seems to hardly rain here in Texas, but we had a few good showers last week.  So the boys took advantage after school to play in the puddles that were still left from that afternoons shower.
