Boys New Tricks and late Post of Mother's Day

We have 2 little dudes who can now both ride their bikes without training wheels.  We are definitely firm believers in the balance bike.  They both rode that and basically jumped on a "Big Boy Bike" and took off.  Kerrick has been going for about 2 months and Caelum started last week while Gimma was here.   Quite amazing if you ask me, since they are only 3 and 5!!  And we did not have to run behind them at all!!  You can click HERE to watck K ride for the first time! And if you look closely they both have their tongues out...hard work!!

Gimma Visit and Jason Graduation

Last week, Gimma surprised the 3 dudes and came in for a surprise visit.  She had been planning this trip for a few months and between the both of us actually pulled off the whole surprise without any of the dudes knowing!  It was hard for me to keep my mouth shut especially as Jason kept trying to plan out of town stuff on the weekends she was here!  HA!!  But it was very nice to have her here and I know the boys loved having her around!

And while she was here, she was able to help celebrate Jason's graduation from his school he has been in!!  So he has finally finished this 6 month school and now onto to more exciting things, like another deployment.  He will be leaving us here very soon but thankfully it is not a very long deployment, but a time apart nevertheless which is always not the easiest.  Sorry there are not any pictures of the graduation as there was some camera technical difficulties! Thanks for all the family that was able to come out to support J!

Memorial Weekend

A little late posting....Memorial Weekend, Jason headed to FL to go fishing with some friends and the boys and I headed to GA for the weekend.  Here are a few pictures from our trip to GA.

Kindergartner!!!

We now have a KINDERGARTNER in the house!!!!  Kerrick graduated from  Pre-K last night.  He was so excited for this night and I believe more excited to start Kindergarten.  He keeps saying, I am going to start Kindergarten in the fall, right?  And we say yes, in about 3 more months.  And poor little Caelum, gets all excited and says, I am going to start Kindergarten too, right?  And we have to break it to the little dude that he has to wait a few more years!
Teddy, Gramms, and Nanny made the trek up for Kerrick Pre-K graduation last night.  They had a nice little ceremony for them with little snacks afterwards.   They marched into the gym, the director made a couple remarks, then they all sang 2 songs and then their Certificates were presented by his teacher Mr. Kenny, who told a story about each child!  It was a great ceremony and a wonderful way to end his DayCare days heading towards the Big Kids school!!
