Memorial Day Weekend May 2014

Jason and I had a 4 day weekend for Memorial Day.  The two of us got to hang out on Friday all by our lonesomes while the boys still went to school.  We had a few people over Friday night for a last minute cookout.  Saturday we just hung out as it rained all weekend....we sure needed the rain, but of course comes on our 4 days we are off.  So we all relaxed Saturday and went to church. Then Sunday we got up and headed towards the lake and met up with Big Daddy, Gimma, Uncle Brad and Aunt Kelly and their 3 girls.  We all got to ride in Big Daddy's boat while Jason took his kayak out and took the little dudes for a ride.  Unfortunately the rain pushed us out of the lake, but thankful we got to spend a few hours out there.  We ended our long weekend on Monday with more rain, so we went to see Rio 2.  We had a wonderful weekend and it sure was hard to get up Tuesday but nice to know it was a short week!!!

 And due to the rain we broke all the rules and brought the red cars inside to ride.

Well I am about to spit out a months worth of blogs in a quick summary.
Here are a few pictures from our trip....we did not take our camera, so we just relied on Jason phone for our pictures so we did not get many.

This was our second time going and the boys had a blast!!  We will def go back again before we leave ol Texas!!!
