Kerrick found a new place to play in the house....behind the couch with his cars. I found him there tonight while cooking dinner. I was able to take one picture of him before I was caught and then he started saying cheese for the camera!
All is swell here...not too much going on. Kerrick has only 2 more swim lessons left and then he will start a Tots program for baseball, basketball or soccer after Daddy gets home. The 2 of them will have to decide which one to do first.
Jason is doing great as well. He ended his Math class with an A and has just started softball this weekend. He said his first game was not the best, but hopefully they can get some practice time in, not to mention his own equipment should be arriving, this week. He is also looking into possibly clepping the last 2 classes he has if they offer it there, and if not, then he can try it when he gets back here. But Praise the Lord we are on the downhill side of this deployment.

Growing Up WAY too fast

Here is a picture of Kerrick when he first started daycare in December. He only had his pacifier for 2 days before they broke him of the habit at school. His "old" teachers were taking down the pictures of the kids who have moved up, so they gave it to us yesterday. I can not believe how the time has flown bye and how much of a Big Boy he is now!!!
Good Times in the Sink
So we have had a few "minor" issues with a water leak this week. Which has now lead to our water being cutoff today and hopefully back on tomorrow. Here is Kerrick getting his "bath" tonight....you just do not know how precious water is until you do not have it. We only had maybe 2-3 inches of water in the sink, thanks to some bottled water and a coffee maker to warm it up with. I had to get onto Kerrick a couple of times as he thought it was funny to pull the drain out, and I am thinking we both have to bathe out of this small amount of water....Too Funny!!!
And the first picture is from Sunday....Kerrick wanted to take his puppy on a ride in the laundry basket!!

Not too much going on this past week here in San Antonio. Kerrick got in trouble in school on Friday for pulling a girls hair....she would scream and he would laugh and keep on pulling it. They had water day on Thursday and movie day Friday. He also got his McGruff photo id made on Thursday and we will hopefully get all that back this week. They said he did not even freak out when ol McGruff showed up. I was not sure how he would react as I don't think he has ever seen someone dressed in costume like that??
Jason is doing great...he has finally finished his math class. He got an A in the class!! WOOHOO - way to go Babe!! You deserve it after all the hard work you put into it. I know he is excited to have a break from school for a little bit as he is working crazy hours.
Our lil munchkin is doing well and right on target with the due date still, according to my measurements. We go back in August for another ultrasound to check on kidney situation...so that will be exciting to see his/her face again! Hopefully I can get the tech to take some extra pictures of the face since Jason can not come:(
Here are a few pictures from yesterday. I took Kerrick to the park on base. Normally it is just he and I there, but there were several people there yesterday. He made a "friend" at the park, but that lil guy was only there about 10 minutes after we got there before he had to leave. So HERE is a video of Kerrick saying goodbye to him. Too Cute. And HERE is one of him going across the bridge. Then a little girl and her mom came....they had fun together. Then they swang side by side and just would scream and laugh together as they swung.
There are a few other pictures in here from after church last night in his sunglasses and some from this morning in the backyard!

More Pictures from Bahrain
Jason was able to go out earlier today and took a few more shots of the area! You can click HERE to see them! They build some massive houses there despite all the heat...guess they are use to it (although I am not sure how one gets use to the heat!)
Jason is doing very well and will be wrapping up his math class the end of next week. He had another test today and of course made an A!!! So prouse of you Bud!!! So he has one more quiz and the final left for this class. And then he hopes he will be able to clep the last 2 classes there before coming home! Other than that, not too much else to report or that he can at least tell me. Can't wait to hear some stories when he gets home!

Snack Sneaker
I discovered this morning how Kerrick was getting his snacks down himself. And of course had to take a picture of him in action. I had one of his bags sitting on top of the water and he just threw it aside and proceeded to climb on top of the case of water and get his snack and bring it to me.

Training Him Early
Here is a picture of Kerrick tonight dusting. We are trying to teach him about chores early!! At least we do let him watch tv while doing his chores!! Just Kidding...I was dusting and he wanted to do it, so I let him take on over!! And then the other pic is of the beginning stages of Kerrick's wall of art!
Kerrick's First Airplane Trip

GA/SC Trip
Kerrick and I made it back last night from our fabulous trip back home. It is always so good to be back home and was oh so hard to come back. We both had a wonderful time as I think everyone enjoyed seeing Kerrick again. He did wonderful on our flights despite it being a rough start with us sitting on the flightline for 3 hours in San Antonio before taking off. He got lots of spoiling and loving by everyone. We got to see lots of family and several friends. Kerrick went swimming in Teddy and Gramm's pool, went to the park, got a boo boo running around outside, wrestled and beat up Uncle Chris, played all day-everyday with Teddy and Gramms, flirted with the girls at restaurants, got to see and love some Fireworks, and he got to see some true rednecks and the end of a good ol GA redneck fight downtown! And there are LOTS more memories. Sure wish we could have stayed longer or at least until Jason gets home.
Jason is doing good. We are about to hit the halfway point of this deployment in about a week or so. He is halfway through his math class. He is doing great in his class and has one quiz and then the final exam left before he is finished with this class. Not too sure if he will be able to take one more class before he heads back home due the class schedule - if not, he can take it when he gets home. He was able to get a local (San Antonio) phone number, so if you did not receive an e-mail from me with the number, let me know and I will send it to you. I know he would love to hear some familiar voices! Just remember he is 8 hours ahead of Texas time, 7 hours ahead of GA time. He also has finally got a little camera, click HERE to view them. Here is what he said That bridge in the pic is where I've been fishing. The building with the green things on the top is where I live. And there will be more to come as he is able to get out and take some.
Thanks again Dad and Mom for putting up with Kerrick and I for a week....can not wait to see you again soon!!!
I will post the pictures from our trip later on this week!!
