A complete family again...

Jason finally made it home two weeks ago.   And of course, I am just now blogging about it.  It has been wonderful to have him back home and the boys both took right to him ( I thought Caelum was going to be a bit shy for a few minutes, but he was not!)  Once he was home it was like we never skipped a day or two or 180 days apart!!  We are so thankful he is back home and we are our little family of 4 again!!!

And then the Saturday after he returned we had a belated birthday party for Kerrick, so Jason was able to celebrate with him.  Kerrick was so excited and had so much fun with his friends who were able to make it to his party!!  You can click HERE to see all of his pictures from his party!!!  Thanks so everyone who was able to make it out to celebrate the Big 4 for our Little Big Dude!!!  And you can click HERE to see the pictures that the place took with their camera!  The access code is 63XJ GXKW 2HTP SLNU

Reality Check

Well, we are finally in the single digits of this "neverending" countdown!!  We are all so very excited and I can not wait to see the expression on the boys faces when the day finally does arrive.

Jason is doing well, he has been a bit under the weather with a cold but doing well!

Both boys are doing great and staying well themselves.  Last week was Kerrick's first week in his new class, Crickets, at school. He of course did well with the transition as he has a lot of friends already in the class.  And in just a week, I can see a difference already...not that anything was wrong previously but he is just growing up so quickly before our eyes.  Caelum is doing great in the wiggle worms and doing new things everday...he always wants to see his friend Christian and ask about him all the time.  Then this past week he was talking about Mila (a little girl in his class) and kissing...so not sure if he kissed her or she kissed him. But it was too funny!!

Every now and then we all need a reality check and mine was this week....long story short, one of my patients who is 9 yo was diagnosed with Cancer.  Such an eye opener.  But just keep his mother and him in your prayers as she is a single mother and this is her only child.  They just PCSd here recently and I can not even imagine what she is feeling or going through.
Then at the end of last week, I had a little 5 year old point blankly ask if I Love Jesus!!  How awesome is that!!  May we all have child like faith and be so bold as him.  Such an inspiration!!

Lastly, I just ask for prayers for Ms. Janelle's mother as she will be going into surgery next week for her cancer.  They are travelling to Houston for it, so please keep them all in your prayers, for strength, guidance and peace amongst all that they are dealing with!!

Here are a few pictures from this past week....
