Kerrick's Stats

Jason took Kerrick in for his 3 year well child checkup and here are his stats...

Weight - 32.1 lbs (56%)
Height - 36.61 inches (31%)
BMI of 75% - little chunkers

But he did well and got to do a vision test for the first and of course did awesome!

He did have his first funny/he is not my child moment.  He always like to point out Daddy's, Caelums and of course Mommy's "boobies!"  So there was a lady he saw outside of the clinic and said "She has Big Boobies Dada!!"  Jason said he does not think the lady heard him, hopefully not?!  Oh my - it has only begun!!  Guess we can not keep him sheltered, right?!  Kids do say the darndest things!! 

Sorry no picture for this post, but will have some after the weekend.  Kerrick starts his Lil Sluggers Tot program on Saturday - it is a Baseball program for little kids.  There are no games, just doing "drills" or throwing ball through hula hoops, hitting the ball off the tee and such!  Jason took him to the demo day this past weekend and Kerrick was shy and hung on to Jason's leg the first half but then participated the second part.  He go a star and baseball stamp on each of his hands afterwards and was very excited to show them off!! 

Kerrick is doing awesome and growing a like a weed.   Just like other kids he is quite a sponge and is absorbing everything around him and remembers everything.  He is being a very sweet Big Brother and he and Caelum are starting to play a little more together.  He loves to do his assignments (aka - draw,) loves playing on the computer, loves to dance and ride his bike!  Such a fun little guy!!

Jump Around

Today I took the boys to meet up with our good friends, Jamilia and Caden.  We went to Amazing Jump which has indoor inflatables, arcade games, indoor "roller coaster" and trampolines galore.  Caden and Kerrick had fun, especially on the roller coaster in which Kerrick called a  ChooChoo train.  Here are a few pictures that I took with my phone.  Jamilia had her camera in which I will post pictures later of them once she gets a few minutes to download them.

Happy Birthday to Gramm's!!  We hope you are having a wonderful day...wish we could be there to celebrate with you!!  We are so thankful for you!!

Happy 3rd Birthday Kerrick!!

Kerrick turned 3 this past Thursday...sniff, sniff!!  Wow is has been a fun 3 years with this Big Dude!  We did not throw him a party this year, however; we took him to the Great Wolf Lodge last weekend and he had a blast at the waterpark! Unfortunately we did not get any pictures, as we did not want to take our camera into the waterpark! But is definitely a trip we will be doing again!!  On his birthday he had cupcakes at school and then we took him to good ol Peter Piper that evening and had a cookie cake at home for him!!  He had a wonderful birthday!!  Here are a few pictures from Thursday evening!

We have sang Happy Birthday at least 2 times everyday....because everytime Kerrick eats a cupcake (aka cookie cake piece) we have to put the candle in and sing Happy Birthday!!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!

Hope everyone has had a wonderful New Year thus far!!!
Sorry it has been a LONG time since the last blog, but it has been a bit busy here with Christmas and just the usual everyday stuff.  But all is well and we had a wonderful Christmas.  The four of us left out for a  nice 19 hour drive to Georgia for Christmas, but not everyone was too happy about this ride.  Caelum did not do so well, so he and I ended up flying back when it came time.  Kerrick did awesome going there and coming back.  And of course Caelum did great on the flights (guess he will be the high maintenance kid!!) LOL!!  But we had a wonderful time hanging out with my family for Christmas.  We got to meet the newest member of my family, Raelyn.  She was too cute and Kerrick loved her.  He wanted to hold her all the time. Caelum loved to rock her in her carseat as we prayed he would not flip her over from rocking too hard...JK!!  But it was a wonderful time and oh so hard to leave but hopefully we did not wear our welcome out at Teddy and Gramm's!  :)
