Spirit Week

This past week was Spirit Week at the boys school!  Each day they had to dress/wear something crazy!!  They were so excited.  It was a week of celebrating Dr. Seuss as well, so everyday their snacks and meals were planned around Cat in the Hat Themes. On the first day they had green eggs and ham....the boys loved it.  Kerrick said, "The green eggs tasted just like the yellow eggs we have!"  then proceeded to ask for some!!  Too Funny!!!

Day 1: Silly Hat Day....we did not have any silly hats so in honor of Dr. Seuss Birthday we made these.

Day 5:  PJ Party....they were soooo excited for this day.

Snow Day

We finally got some snow last week here in good ol NC!!  There has been several "threats" but was ice and not snow...until this day! The boys were sooo excited.  Kerrick kept asking if it was Christmas, as I guess he has only seen snow in the Christmas cartoons and books!! HA!!

Our neighbors came over in the morning to hang out inside and then we all went out to play in the snow for a bit.  It was definitely very pretty and wish we would have gotten more!!
