Two weeks ago Caelum had a doctors appointment at my office. So I took him into work with me to hang out with me until it was his appointment time. The Air Force world is such a small world, as one of the Pediatricians I worked with in Texas is now a Flight Doctor and I work with him here in North Carolina now. He still keeps up peds license and sees Peds patients from time to time, which I am glad as he ask me to work with him when he sees Peds and not to mention we get the perks of our boys getting to see him. I never thought I would say this, but I do miss the Peds population!! But Caelum had fun hanging out in my office and still talks about our "little fridge" that is in my office. This morning at breakfast Caelum was asking why I had coffee and water, and I said, that I am work a long time and will drink all of that and then more. And he said with a giggle, will I put my water in my little fridge. He then proceeded on with a big expression telling Kerrick about this little fridge and how cool it is. And Kerrick was really impressed and thought how cool it sounded. Oh, what lessons we learn from these little humble human beings....my I only remember to look at life and things like they do!!
Here is a picture of Kerrick doing the BIG monkey bars at our park in the neighborhood. He can do the smaller ones, but this was his first time going on the BIG ones and we of course had to take a picture to send to Dada as he was out of town.
2 weeks ago was the week of a Young Child for Caelum at Daycare and week of the Military Child at Kerrick's elementary school. Each day they have special events planned for the kids. On Friday, it was an IceCream social in which the parents were invited. Unfortunately this was the only picture I was able to get.
The boys Daycare had Family Night/Fundraiser at one of the restaurants here....I will take any excuse not to plan/cook a meal!! They had a craft and face painting there...so here are a few pictures from that night.
Last Sunday, one of Caelums friends had a birthday party at the Little Gym. What a fun place as this was our first time going to a party at this gym. Here are a few pictures from there.

We tried "drying" out some of the strawberries but was a fail, so we made some strawberry "donuts/mini bundt cakes!"
This last Friday, I went to Caelum's school for the Mothers Lemonade Social! He had made me a special card and gave me a flower.
After I picked them up from school we headed to GA for the weekend. Jason is gone for a few weeks for a school...so we went down to GA for a quick weekend and to celebrate Mother's Day! Happy Mother's Day to my wonderful, mom/friend! Thank you for all you have done and still do for Jason and I and the boys!! And thank you for being that wonderful example to me! And Happy Mother's Day to Karen - Thank you for raising up such a wonderful boy now man, Jason!! I don't know where I would be without him! And thank you for being a wonderful Gimma to our little dudes!

I had to take this pic of Kerrick and Dada with Mario....they finally beat the game!! Such a momentous moment!! Kerrick was so excited they finally rescued Princess Peach. Kerrick would only let Jason play as if he asked me to play, I was not as good as Dada, so he would make me sit and just watch! Too Funny!!
