So we finally sat down and ordered our bowflex and it finally came in....it is our Christmas present to each other!! It came in earlier this week and J worked on it a bit that night putting it together and then we both finished it up this morning and here are the final pics of it. So we are excited to get our "swoll" back on starting this week. I must admit myself I have been a bit too lazy since the summer and have not worked out...so I am excited to get back on fitness kick again (not to mention I have a few trips coming up I need to get in shape for!)
J did not want his pic taken on the bowflex....so I had to sneak one of him while he was on the computer!
