We have been doing some visiting the past few days at our jobs to introduce Kerrick to our friends/co-workers.
Thursday we took Kerrick to my work to visit everyone....and he was a champ through it all. He slept the entire time but got a bit fussy at the end only because it was about time to eat.
Yesterday we took him to Jason's job and he was oohed and awwed over again there. And of course slept through it all! The pic above is from yesterday before we headed to base, Kerrick is all bright eyed and excited to go. We even stopped to see a few jets to take off with the window down and did not even move with all the noise.
And then early this morning it began to snow here and the last measurement Jason took was a little over 5 inches of snow. Craziness - the most we have ever seen since we can remember! So of course Jason wanted to get out and drive around. He went for a test drive first and then came back to get us girls and Kerrick. So we drove to Yorktown beach to look around and get a few more donuts in...in which Kerrick did not even bat an eye! Although he slept through most of it, I believe he has enjoyed his first snow storm! :)
We are most thankful for the snow because that meant Gramm's gets to stay a few more days as she is snowed in up here - oh darn!! It has been wonderful to have all the family come up here and help us out and to have Gramm's be able to stay longer to help us out! She has been more help than I think she knows. It is going to be hard to say good-bye as it has been to see everyone else leave. But thankfully she will be back in a few weeks! WOOHOO!!
We will post some snow pics tomorrow after we get them off the camera!
