More GoodByes

This past Friday was my last day at work and it was oh so hard to say goodbye to my coworkers and friends. They had a cake and balloons at work for me and then threw a surprise dinner for me as well that evening! I have learned so much as a new nurse with them all and grew spiritually with them as well.
The hardest part of Friday was saying goodbye to Kim and her family, Kerricks sitter. We truly were blessed more than we know with her. It is going to be hard to replace her once we get settled in in Texas! I of course did not have my camera that morning to take pictures of Kerrick and the family but Kim took pictures and put them in frames for us and we will put them up in Kerrick's new room.
I will post pictures hopefully this weekend from my coworkers - the camera is in VA with Jason.
I had a little setback so my mom flew up on Saturday and drove back with Kerrick and I on Sunday. WOW - she was a true lifesaver!! Kerrick did awesome on that leg of the trip and has been so good with all that has been going on the past few weeks!! Jason will meet up with us here in SC/GA and we will head out early next week sometime to Texas.
