This past weekend we celebrated a HUGE event in the Brown family....my brother, Chris married Jen. We are so excited to have her in our family and so excited to see what the Lord has in store for them both. Jen has 3 kids in which Kerrick loved playing with and Caelum got a kick out of watching them all play together. Their names are Hunter, Nicole and Grant!! So excited to have more nieces and nephews!! I can not wait until Christmas as it will be a fun one with everyone under one roof!!
Click HERE for pictures from our weekend there (Kerrick will pay me back later on in life for some of the pictures on here.) The boys had fun with all of their cousins and of course hanging out with Teddy and Gramm's!! More pictures are to be added and we did not take our camera to the wedding, so we will post some once Chris gets them back from the photographer. The picture above is from the morning after the wedding as they are opening their gifts....unfortunately we did not get one of just Chris and Jen.

Happy Father's Day!!
Happy Father's Day to our 2 wonderful Dads!! Thank you both for your example of great parents! And Happy Father's Day to Jason...you are such an awesome Dada to our boys!
Caelum is 7 months!!!
Caelum turned 7 months old yesterday. He is growing like a weed! He is rolling all over the place and getting the hang of sitting up without assistance He will also lay on his back and push his legs and move all over the room too. Still no teeth yet, but we sure hope they come in soon. Not sure if it is his teeth or cold, but seems a bit miserable at times. Kerrick fortunately was not a bad teether and was not too fussy. But other than the teething and cold he is doing great. He loves to dance and watch Kerrick dance and jump around! His laugh never gets old!! Caelum is still the class talker and talks to everyone and gets mad when they leave the room (he just grunts at them!) But his teachers adore him and truly miss him should he miss a day! They are already dreading not having him next week as we head to Georgia! So thankful for that, as it makes it easy to leave him for work!

Happy Anniversary!!
Today Jason and I are celebrating our 11th anniversary!! Can't believe it has been 11 years already since we said the I Do!! The Lord surely could not have blessed me more with a wonderful husband and awesome Dad to our boys!! Just in the "short" 11 years we have had tons of memories with all our travels, met wonderful friends and of course expanded our family of 2 to 4!! Happy Anniversary Bud, and to many more years!! Sorry had to post the cheesy self portrait...it was from dinner at the Melting Pot the other night - early Anniversary dinner. We will finish it up the date tonight with a movie after church!!

Update on Caelum
This past Wednesday we took Caelum to his follow-up appointment with the Urologist. We started off the morning with him getting a Renal Scan which consist of him getting a catheter and an IV. Caelum did wonderful through it all. He first got the urinary catheter placed and did great through that. Next they had to poke him 3 times to get IV line inserted (they would get a return but was unable to feed the IV catheter through his vein, but were successful on the 3rd time.) So he was way upset through that all. Thankfully, all the crying wore him out as he was in a papous for the actual renal scan which took 45 minutes. So he passed out for a majority of the testing after sucking down a bottle.
After the testing we grabbed a quick bite to eat then headed to the doctors office. He reviewed the scan and sounded a bit more positive on this visit. He said his left kidney is still dilated and is definitely obstructed however it is still working really good but just drains really slow (so urine is always in his kidney due to the slow drainage.) His left kidney is doing 55% of the work, while the right kidney is doing 45% in which is should be 50/50 - so he was glad to see that. So the verdict is to go back in 6 months for repeat of some tests to keep an eye on it. Caleum will still take his antibiotic to prevent UTI's. He said there is still a great chance for him to grow out of it by the time he is 2-3 years old. The reason being that far out is that as his body grows everything will stretch out and hopefully "unkink" and relieve the obstruction. If not, then we will talk surgery!
Praise the Lord for a good Doctor's report yesterday!!
Here is a picture of Caelum passed out during the testing!
