God is SO Good!

Wednesday night we had our first women's bible study. We are studying a book called Mocha on the Mount. I think this will be a great study with awesome fellowship. The Lord has truly blessed us with a wonderful church family here....ya just don't know how awesome and excited we are at what God is doing in us and what he has planned for us and for our church!! It was so great to hang out with some great Christian girls the other night and love on the Lord with them. And I can not wait to see what He has planned for us through this 6 week study.

In school news, the Lord has been so faithful and has been speaking to me so clearly with school. At the beginning of school, I was really doubting if this is where I should be and what I should be doing, but He has been so evident to me through the 3 months of school thus far. My friends in class truly think I am a nerd and a straight A student....BUT I keep telling that I am so not a straight A student and have never been one. All through high school and college I was more on the B-C side of the ol grade scale. I had a test on Wednesday that I knew I had failed, but hmmmm, got a 92...I know it is only the Lord guiding me through this. And this has happened several times throughout the 3 months of school. And yes I know it is my determination helping, but I still give God all the glory. And on Tuesday when I had my first clinicals, I was soo nervous, but prayed for confidence (not a Big Head confidence attitude,) but you know, just confidence, because I so lack that in myself. And he sure did give me the confidence to make it through the clinicals.
And then yesterday, I went to the OR for the first and I was oh so scared I would vomit everywhere or pass out....but made it through that too! School has been so exciting thus far although, finals are next week for the semester! Fun times!!
Here is a little tidbit of a flashback in "current history!" 1 year ago today we woke up to an empty house in Germany.....they were packing up our house and finished on this day 1 year ago. Man how the time has flown this past year.

Not too much going on this weekend, I am studying a lot for the finals and J will probably try to get in some last minute fishing...he will be leaving next weekend for Colorado for 4 weeks for training. So please keep in your prayers next week for travelling mercies. And also please keep us both in your prayers as we are seeking out what we are to do next with our future careers!

Well, I will end this blog for now...sorry to have been so selfish with it and talk about mostly me in this one.
